Well, for one thing, my copy came with no instructions so it's hard to know what the manufacturer had in mind. Apparently one is supposed to attach the two clips to a horizontal vent piece and use the adjustable prop to stabilize against the dash. The clips are a pain to pull out, though (one feels like one is going to shred either the vent or the holder), and the intended use of the prop is ambiguous. Basic design isn't hopeless, but execution oughtta be better. Try again.

This product MAY work but I really don't know because mine was defective and didn't sit straight. It doesn't really swivel 360 degrees without yanking on the item, which only serves to make it come loose from the vent to which it is installed. It's not worth the money and the seller doesn't refund shipping for defective items. They are a "drop shipper" so they don't have control of their products. This is always a bad situation. I say, pass on this one.
